Black Sheep Barn is in beautiful, but remote countryside. 

If using google maps or similar then, searching 'Black Sheep Barn' online will pinpoint our location and is the easiest way to find us. This is shown on the map above.

Sat Nav to SY7 9HX usually gets people to the bottom of our track but sometimes takes people to our neighbours about a mile away so if you haven't specifically searched and followed directions to 'Black Sheep Barn' then please read the details below - and email us if you need any more. 

At the bottom of the track you will see a Black Sheep Barn sign. Turn up the track and after approximately half a mile you will reach the end of the track and see Black Sheep Barn on your left. 

The beginning of the track is steep, we recommend using first gear to begin with and to take it slow. People use this track with normal, two wheel drive cars and have no problems but a low car might struggle as it is uneven and stony in places.

Black Sheep Barn postcode is SY7 9HX near the village of Abdon, Shropshire. We do not live in the village of Abdon itself, but up above it on the hill, so don't just follow Abdon signs. 

Directions from the village of Cleobury North, on the main road: 

Turn off of the B4364 towards Ditton Priors. 

Take the next left after a couple of hundred metres. 

Follow the road for several minutes until it is joined by another, bear left. 

Look for the next turning left, a few minutes later. There is a red telephone box full of books to borrow or exchange here. 

(Feel free to stop at the telephone box and pick up a book for your holiday..!)

Follow this road until you reach the bottom of our track and you see the Woodbank Cottage and Black a Sheep Barn signs. 

Turn up the track and after approximately half a mile you will reach the end of the track and see Black Sheep Barn on your left.
