Guests can cancel until 30 days before check-in for a 95% refund.

If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in they receive a 50% refund.

If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, they receive no refund as we are unlikely to be able to fill the vacancy at such short notice.
